Huzefa Ahmadi

Huzefa A. Ahmadi is a senior advocate whose areas of practice include Constitutional, Administrative, Tax, Rent, Civil And Criminal Law. He has appeared before various High Courts, Tribunals, Forums and Commissions. He has previously worked under Former Additional Solicitor General of India, Shri M. Chandrasekharan, Senior Advocate. He has also worked with Clifford Chance, an international law firm, from May to August, 1995 as a trainee. He has represented the Union of India as a panel lawyer before the Supreme Court from 1999 to 2007. Since September, 2016, he is a member of a Screening Committee of the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee and since May, 2017, he has been the member of the Board of Examiners for the Advocates– on–Record Examination in the Supreme Court of India.
